In this training you will learn about how LGPD (General Data Protection Law) and Information Security are fundamental for the hotel sector, not only to comply with legal requirements, but also to protect guest data, build trust, avoid penalties and ensure business continuity in an ethical and responsible manner.

Awareness about LGPD: Training participants will understand the fundamental principles of LGPD, including the rights of data subjects, the possibilities for processing personal data and the responsibilities of hotels in processing this data.

Understanding Processed Data: It is important that employees know what types of personal data are collected, stored and processed by the hotel, including data from guests, employees and third parties.

Risk Identification: The training will promote training to identify potential vulnerabilities and risks to data security in the hotel environment, both physical and digital.

Protecting Guest Data: Participants will be prepared to disseminate appropriate practices and procedures to protect guest data, including physical security measures, such as secure document storage, and cybersecurity measures, such as securing systems and networks against hacker attacks.

Privacy and Security Culture: The training will promote an organizational culture of privacy and information security, where all employees understand the importance of protecting guest data and are committed to following the policies and procedures established by the company.

Continuous Update: Due to the dynamic nature of the LGPD and threats to information security, training must be continuous and regularly updated to ensure that employees are always aware of changes in legislation and best security practices.
