Windsor Hotels offer a special menu and attraction for children at Easter

Easter is approaching and it is a great opportunity to gather the family for the traditional Sunday lunch. To make the moment even more special, on March 31st, restaurants at hotels in the Windsor Network, in Rio and Brasília, will offer a special menu with varied menus and delicious dishes and desserts, prepared by experienced chefs, through buffet and à la carte services. Some units will also have recreation and a chocolate workshop for children.

In the South Zone, among the options, is the Italian restaurant Alloro al Miramar, located in the hotel Miramar by Windsor, in Copacabana, which will feature à la carte service on the menu, from 12:30 pm to 5 pm. Chef Michele Petenzi's starter options include taragna polenta, sautéed mushrooms and crispy parmesan – R$ 70 + tax; tuna tartare, stracciatella, mujol caviar and arugula – R$ 89 + tax; among others.

For the main dishes, the chef's suggestions include grilled octopus with baroa mousseline and puttanesca sauce – R$ 145 + tax; cod fillet with tomato and squid ink risotto – R$ 115 + tax and stracciatella risotto with marinated tuna and pistachios – R$ 120 + tax. For desserts, deconstructed lemon tart – R$ 34 + tax; chocolate mousse, salted caramel and cocoa tuille – R$ 38 + tax; and the classic Italian rum baba with vanilla and strawberry whipped cream – R$ 36 + tax.

Also in Copacabana, the hotel Windsor California, from 12pm to 4pm, will offer à la carte service, from 12pm to 4pm. As starter options, salmon and boyfriend ceviche served with flavored toast – R$ 74 + tax, cream of roots (sweet potato and yam) with mushroom mix – R$ 67.00 + tax, among others. Hot dishes include filet mignon in demi-glace sauce with potato gratin – R$ 94 + tax; cod served with punched potatoes and garlic broccoli – R$ 129 + tax; Banana moqueca with palm flour – R$ 78 + tax. In addition to a variety of desserts, such as warm mousse with hazelnut praline served with vanilla ice cream – R$ 34 + tax; spoon egg with tropical fruit mousse – R$ 29 + tax, Sicilian lemon blondie with tapioca ice cream – R$ 34 + tax, among others.

In the same region, but with the option of a diverse buffet, the Windsor Excelsior, will offer various types of salads, cheeses and cold cuts from 12pm to 4:30pm, as well as a Japanese food station. Hot dishes, such as traditional Minho cod; shrimp in sparkling sauce; roast suckling pig with pineapple chutney; seafood stew, among others. For desserts, decorated Easter eggs; mini pâtisserie and stuffed truffles, among other delicacies. The cost is R$ 160 per person + tax. Drinks are not included.

Already the Windsor Leme, from 12pm to 4pm, will also feature a buffet full of delicacies. For starters, there are zucchini carpaccio with goat cheese and pink pepper; salmon slide with ponzu sauce; roast beef with green asparagus, among others. Hot dishes include chef's cod (roasted with onions, broccoli and potatoes); breaded chicken with cacio e pepe spaghetti; filet mignon medallion with gorgonzola sauce and potato mille feuille. Finally, among the desserts available are banoffee; Cheesecake Of Red Fruits; variety of tartlets (lemon, strawberry, mango and chocolate with fleur de sel), among others. The buffet price is R$ 150 per person + tax, drinks are not included.

In Flamengo, the Windsor Florida, from 12pm to 4:30pm, will feature a diverse menu that will be served at the buffet. Among the starters, several salad options, such as cod with chickpeas and seafood, as well as Moroccan couscous with spices and shrimp; penne with buffalo mozzarella and basil, black rice with asparagus; among others. The space will also have a Japanese food station. For hot dishes, crispy chicken; capeletti with 4 cheeses; fillet medallion in Port wine sauce with Piamontese rice; Champagne shrimp with almond rice; grilled cod, with broccoli, potatoes and boiled eggs; salmon in passion fruit sauce with grilled vegetables; imported picanha with gratin potatoes, among others. For desserts, chocolate pie; chocolate and cream bombs; millefeuille and decoration with Easter eggs. The price per person is R$ 135 + tax, drinks are not included.

In the center, the hotel Windsor Guanabara There will also be a big Easter buffet from 12pm to 4:30pm. For starters, black rice with shrimps is available; babaganoush; marinated salmon with mango and dill; Greek salad, among others. The main dishes include grilled cod in garlic and oil with browned potatoes, broccoli and glazed onion; filet mignon medallion with grilled bacon belt in shitake sauce with Piedmontese rice; catupiry shrimp with white rice; between others. Barra hotels will have a buffet and attractions for children at Easter

For those who choose to enjoy Easter Sunday lunch, in the Barra da Tijuca region, two Windsor hotels will offer buffet services, from 12pm to 4:30pm.

O Windsor Marapendi you will have salads available such as cod with Calabrian potatoes, onion, quail eggs, broccoli and olives with onion sprouts; shrimp thai and vegetable ratatouille. Among the hot dishes, shrimp with coconut cream and caramelized onion; grilled octopus and spices (pan); in addition to a pasta station and risottos prepared fresh to the customer's taste. For vegetarians and vegans, options such as vegetarian grain risotto, tofu cheese and yellow tomatoes and vegan eggplant lasagna. For dessert, options such as Dutch pie; chef's special chocolate festival; ramekin of small sweets; Easter cake, lemon pie, among others.

Hot options include snacks, such as cod fritters; cheese pastry and ham croquette, as well as roast shoulder of lamb; filet mignon with Marsala wine; chef's cod; boyfriend fillet with beurre blanc with dehydrated capers, octopus à lagareiro, among others. The buffet will also feature a tartlet station (walnuts, pistachios and salted caramel with hazelnuts); Pie Brigadeiro; selection of chocolates and truffles; stuffed eggs; milk pudding; among other options. Barra and Flamengo hotels will have attractions for children

The hotels Windsor Florida (Flamengo), Windsor Barra It is Windsor Marapendi, both in Barra da Tijuca, will have a Kid's Club space, offered to customers and guests of the units, on Easter Sunday, between March 29th and 31st. The kids can have fun with a ball pit, a cabin with a tunnel, toys and coloring tables. Children under 4 years old must be with a guardian. Older children will find video games, dice and board games, always accompanied by specialized monitors. All children's activities will be available from 10am to 6pm.

In all restaurants with buffet service, children aged 0 to 5 years old, when accompanied by a paying adult, will be free. From 6 to 10 years old, they pay half the total price and, from 11 years old, the full price applies.
