Hotel in Rio will have a gastronomic experience with a menu designed by chef Rafa Costa e Silva

The experience includes a bottle of house wine, table setting, mise en place and the emporium menu. The guest must choose the dishes at the time of booking. Among the starter options are the warm organic pumpkin salad with molasses and vinegar, caramelized pumpkin seeds and chestnut cream; Organic chicken drumstick and Amaral fish marinated in lemon and coriander, fried Agroprata organic banana and avocado cream. The main dishes include organic sweet potato gnocchi with Brazilian cream cheese, sautéed mushrooms; Angus osso buco rice broth, with glazed organic carrot and spicy watercress pesto; and grilled Duroc pork belly, lacquered organic eggplant, dauphinoise potatoes.

Lasai Empório brings an unprecedented menu, with fresh ingredients prepared with organic vegetables from small producers in Rio de Janeiro. “In a dark kitchen format, that is, a kitchen that works exclusively for delivery, our menu was designed to offer dishes with the same quality and flavor that are typical of my cuisine, but designed especially for takeout, with a concept created for delivery a remarkable and tasty experience, with a fresh menu and selected ingredients”, explains chef Rafa Costa e Silva.
