Rio Othon Palace hosts Jantar Magno, an event with great chefs of Brazilian cuisine

The Rio Othon Palace, in Copacabana, will host a very special team of current chefs. Next Friday, April 12th, at 8pm, the Magno Dinner will be held at the Estância restaurant, which is located on the third floor of the hotel. Among the guest chefs are: Rubens Gonçalo, who heads the Skylab kitchen and signs one of the dishes on the dinner menu; Monique Gabiatti, Pedro Coronha, Heaven Delhaye and Kátia Barbosa.

The public will have the opportunity to enjoy exclusive creations prepared by the greatest talents in national gastronomy. With a carefully prepared menu, the event promises to surprise the most demanding palates. The dinner menu will consist of two starters, three main courses and a dessert. The first starter, by chef Heaven Delhaye, will be a cassava Gnnochi with a sea trio, scallop, shrimp and squid and its foam. The second starter, signed by chef Katia Barbosa, will be fresh hearts of palm, tomato water, basil olive oil.

The first main course, prepared by chef Rubens Gonçalo, will be lamb, cauliflower, tangerine and goat cheese. The second dish, by chef Monique Gabiatti, will be a potato Vol au Vent with glazed octopus and aioli. The third main course, signed by chef João Diamante, will be a Moela Bourguignon, baroa mousseline, citrus farofa. Closing the dinner, the dessert, prepared by chef Pedro Coronha, will be a walnut and cocoa Tuile, native bee honey cremeux and sourdough ice cream with orange.

The cost of dinner per person is R$429.00 + 10% with sales open at site.
