Daniel Caesar announces show in Rio de Janeiro of his “Superpowers World Tour” on May 17th

the multi-platinum, GRAMMY-winning singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer, Daniel Caesar, announces the only presentation at Rio de Janeiro of his “Superpowers World Tour”, on the day may 17, at the I live Rio.

Ticket sales for the general public will be available from April 12th, starting at 10am online and at 12pm at the official box office. Tickets, which can be purchased in up to 3 interest-free installments, will be available online (www.ticketmaster.com.br) and at the official ticket office (no service charge). The realization is Live Nation Brazil. For more information, visit www.livenation.lat.

The sold-out first two legs of the North American tour offered a unique insight into Daniel's unique artistry and vision. For the first few songs of each show, he performs behind a transparent white curtain, adding a celestial quality to the performance. As an experienced multi-instrumentalist, he takes complete command of the stage, offering tens of thousands of attendees piano ballads and guitar solos with a stripped-down quality but almost supernatural precision. The set displays raw camera footage of fans singing along and their band entering and exiting the stage at each show. During its million-song streamed series, genuine fan engagement is at the forefront of the experience.

Her ability to effortlessly switch between genres, from the sultry R&B of “Get You” to the gospel “Blessed,” is remarkable and puts her versatility on full display. Each track is delivered with a level of authenticity, and the chemistry between Daniel Caesar and his three-piece band is undeniable.

The tour follows in the footsteps of their most successful album to date, NEVER ENOUGH, which debuted at #2 on the Billboard Top R&B Albums Chart and Top 15 on the Billboard 200 Chart upon release, and maintained its status as one of Spotify's top 200 streams from artists worldwide. Album highlights include “Always,” which continues to dominate the Billboard Hot R&B and Adult R&B Airplay charts. NEVER ENOUGH is a reflection of Daniel's insatiable perfectionism layered over his self-examination in relationships with his characteristically soothing vocals. The project was recorded in part in Canada, New York, London and Los Angeles, and the concept was largely conceived in France. He cites the hero's journey in Paulo Coelho's The Alchemist as a major influence. NEVER ENOUGH it was produced in part by Raphael Saadiq and Daniel's brother Zachary Simmonds.
